KotlinKode Technology is an India-based IT solutions provider. All payments collected through our website www.kotlinkodetechnology.in or associated channels are strictly for professional IT services. These services include but are not limited to:

2. No Refund on Completed / Delivered Services

Due to the nature of our work, which involves significant time, resources, and intellectual property once a project commences, refunds are not issued for work that has been started, partially delivered, or fully completed, unless specified otherwise in a separate project contract.

3. 2-Day Refund Window for New Projects

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a limited window for refunds exclusively on new project initiations.

• You may request a full refund of the initial payment made for a new project within 2 days of the payment date.
• This 2-day period is applicable only if no work has been started on your project by our team. If project discovery, planning, design, or development has already commenced, the 2-day refund window is void.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 2‑day period, you must contact us in writing via email:

• A clear statement requesting a refund.

5. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved under the conditions stated in section 3, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
